We’re saying a fond farewell to Irina Denissova after 12 years as our Bookkeeper, and welcoming Mo Nazari to the role of part-time Accounting & Payroll Consultant.

Mo Nazari, Accounting & Payroll Consultant
Irina Denissova has been our outstanding Bookkeeper for the past 12 years. Her behind-the-scenes work has kept our finances organized and compliant throughout many periods of change and growth for the Land Trust. We’re so grateful for her skilled help with our accounting, budget, payments and payroll, and annual audit.
Irina has always been a delight to work with: she is friendly, organized, dependable, and enthusiastic, and we will miss her very much! Please join us in thanking Irina for her years of work.
We’re pleased to welcome Mo Nazari as our new part-time Accounting & Payroll Consultant, to carry on Irina’s good work.
Mo is a finance and accounting professional with extensive experience supporting nonprofit organizations, charities, and private sector businesses. He specializes in financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll administration, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on building efficient financial systems that support organizational growth and accountability.
Mo holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, has earned the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation through the National Payroll Institute, and has successfully completed the CPA Preparatory Program. He is also pursuing the ACCA Qualification to further expand his expertise in international accounting and finance. Welcome Mo!
