The Price Island property was donated by seven individuals including both Canadian and American citizens; Price was the first cross-border Ecological Gift donation ever to be initiated.
Located in the northwestern section of Pointe au Baril, Price is a pretty and remarkably flat tableland island. It is sparsely vegetated and consists mostly of shrubbed rock barren. Price provides a home to documented Eastern foxsnake and Massasauga rattlesnake.
