Welcome to Conservation Quest 2020!
Conservation Quest is for kids 8-12 who want to learn more about Georgian Bay’s plants and animals, and how we can all play a role in maintaining a healthy environment for generations to come. This year, we are running a virtual program that encourages kids to get outside in nature wherever they are this summer.
The program will run over 10 weeks, from June 29 to August 31. A new activity will be posted online and emailed to participants every Monday. Kids will have the opportunity to share their discoveries by email and have their results featured in a weekly blog.
Example activities include:
- Night-time nature walk
- Bird song identification
- Underwater scavenger hunt
- and more!
View the weekly activities online here, or sign up below to receive them and other program updates directly in your inbox.
Visit the Conservation Quest Blog to see results of the weekly activities.
