Give to the GBLT through a planned donation
When you plan a gift to the GBLT through a bequest, life insurance or other vehicle, you are helping preserve the Georgian Bay environment in perpetuity and making a positive difference to future generations.
In addition to knowing your estate is being put to good use, planned gifts allow you to:

- Establish a memorial fund in the name of a loved one;

You will need to consult with your lawyer and other estate planners and financial advisors before making a gift of this nature. The Georgian Bay Land Trust seeks to preserve the unique archipelago and the adjacent water bodies which lie along the eastern shore and North Channel of Georgian Bay that are of ecological, geological and historical importance, and to promote the appreciation of this special area.
